"Just closed super fast with Christian! We were flooded with showings requested & home actually sold to first couple that looked. I was able to pick Christian’s brain on things I was not knowledgeable in without being hounded. He made suggestions which were very helpful. Very happy with the whole experience."

"Christian made the selling of our homes easier than I could have ever imagined. He is personable, knowledgable and respectful. He made himself available to us both day and evening when decisions had to be made and helped us to find and purchase our new home.
Thank you Christian!"

"Because of these guys and their driven work ethic I was able to get a good price, quick and painless, for an office building that I’d had my eyes on for a few years now. I mentioned my intentions to Christian Lamb about the place and he proactively jumped on it. Chandra Carlile was the Licensed Closing Coordinator and she was available at all times to help in the process. Both of them were really good at dealing with the seller. I had to adjust dates and maybe other things during the process because I had a planned 2 week vacation, out of the country, right in the middle of the whole transaction. It really helped to know I didn’t need to have that pressure while away. At no time did I ever feel any negative vibes or have difficulty communicating my thoughts. Really appreciate your effort!"

"I had the opportunity to work with the C.A. Lamb Team on a recent transaction, and it was a great experience from start to finish. From a builder’s perspective, communication and coordination are everything and Chandra was excellent on both.

I also want to thank Christian for the referral, he was a great resource for the buyer and someone I really appreciated working alongside during the process."

"If you are thinking about buying or selling a house, you can’t do better than contacting Christian Lamb and team. Throughout 2 sales and one purchase, Christian walked us through all the pros and cons of each transaction. Three closings were completed with no problems at all. Christian has a wealth of knowledge and advice about the real estate business. His extensive network of support personnel and contractors was very helpful in quickly closing each transaction. We would definitely use Christian and his team again!"

"I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Christian and his team over the last few years. I first connected with him at an open house almost five years ago and he ended up helping me buy my first home then. He made that experience so seamless and easy that I decided to use him again when it came to selling that home and moving to a new area this year. Because we were moving outside the greater Canton area, Christian got us connected with an awesome agent in the area we were looking and stayed in touch with us throughout our search. Once we found a new home, he helped me get our current home to market quickly and did an amazing job with the marketing of the house. With his knowledge of the market, we were able to sell our house fast and for a great price. Christian and his team have been incredibly professional and excellent at communication throughout the years and I highly recommend them!"

"Christian & his team are TOP TIER!!! Our experience selling has been such a smooth & easy process. They took care of every aspect with our best interest in mind & keeping us informed throughout the way. I will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell!"

"Christian was exemplary throughout the process of purchasing our new home and selling our previous home. From the moment we first contacted him (which was entirely due to the fact we received a direct mail introductory letter from him!), he was always up front, responsive, helpful and courteous. We felt very comfortable being transparent with him about everything, and he would take our feedback into consideration and proceed from there. He was knowledgeable, sensible, honest and forthright and we would highly recommend him and his agency. Keep up the good work, Christian — the sky’s the limit!"

"We have worked with Christian for a few years now and boy have we put him through a lot. We have looked at so many houses, fell in and backed out of offers and deals, but finally found the one in November of 2023! He is always on time, organized and quick to get us into the house we are interested in looking at. If you’re looking for a realtor, we definitely recommend Christian."

"Received a letter from Christian regarding my property, and made an appointment. Very professional, very thorough with procedure and details of what to expect.
He made it very easy followed thru from showing property to closing would recommend Christian!"
